Official State Repository

In select jurisdictions, a search of the state's Official State Repository is available.  Requirements and reporting limitations vary widely across jurisdictions which make this service available to the public.  For example, some states have specific forms that must be completed and submitted, often requiring original signatures and a notary's seal.  In others, courts report cases in to the centralized repository infrequently or inconsistently.
