County Civil Litigation Search - Upper Court

This search includes an examination of the Predominantly Used Index(1) in the Upper Court of the Central Court(1) for the jurisdiction requested, returning all Available Records(1) within a minimum of a seven year scope.  Although the types of cases handled at the various court levels varies depending upon the jurisdiction, in general, the Upper Court handles more serious civil litigation matters, including those matters where the value sought or disputed exceeds a certain dollar threshold.

Note that the Lower Courts often handle small claims, matters where the disputed amount is under a specified dollar threshold, landlord-tenant disputes and other minor claims.  In select jurisdictions, we offer a separate search of these courts as an additional available service level.

County Civil search services are available in all 3,141 counties in all 50 states.
