This search includes the Circuit (upper) and Magistrate (lower) courts. A common shortcut employed by some "low cost" sources is to access multiple magistrate courts from the terminal in their home county in an attempt to cover a larger area without actually having to travel to the court. While the Magistrate system is linked in this manner, the Circuit courts are not. Thus, using this "end run" method, these less reliable sources are only checking the Circuit courts when they find an indicator in the lower court that gives cause to look there.

We cover both courts in each of the 55 counties and 31 judicial circuits.  As the Magistrate court computer system is devoid of any and all usable identifiers other than name, we pull the files necessary to obtain qualified personal identifiers, and this service is included at no additional charge to our clients.
