Innovative Enterprises Promotes Brian Hays to Director of Data Operations
NEWPORT NEWS, VA - March 1, 2011 -
Innovative Enterprises, Inc., a strategic partner to the background screening industry and expert provider of court research information products, smart data solutions and ancillary services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Hays to the position of Director of Data Operations.
Mr. Hays joined Innovative in early 2010 and has served as Database Administrator for the company's rapidly-emerging data solutions suite. In his new role, Mr. Hays assumes responsibility for ensuring the quality, integrity and highly-efficient operation of Innovative's data systems and repositories.
Mr. Hays has been directly involved in the management of data integrity and quality assurance for criminal and eviction databases since their introduction into the mainstream background screening vernacular more than a decade ago. Prior to joining Innovative as Database Administrator, Mr. Hays served as Quality Assurance Supervisor for National Background Data, LLC, Data Quality Assurance Manager for First Advantage - NBD, and Data Quality Assurance Manager for First Advantage - SafeRent.
